The Bourbon Milkshake
Try this recipe with your favorite ice cream flavor and alcohol to give it a personal twist. Adjust the amount of milk you use to make the milkshake thicker or thiner.This recipe yields 2 milkshakes though it can be easily doubled or halved.This recipe is easy. See the recipe difficulty key for more information.This recipe should only take about 10 minutes.This recipe should be served immediately.Tools:
Blender
Ingredients:
2 pints vanilla bean ice cream
4 ounces whole milk
4 ounces bourbonWhipped cream, for topping
Chocolate sauce, for topping
Bourbon shooter, for toppingInstructions:
1. Place two glasses in the freezer to chill them.
2. Place the ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Remove the glasses from the freezer and pour the milkshakes evenly into the two glasses.
5. Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and a bourbon shooter for an extra delicious milkshake.
